> I am a realtor for 23 years and have worked with many builders.  Though I must say that the team at BDR are quite amazing, in their detail, quality, communication, costs, vision and process.  I have worked with them with clients building custom homes, final values of $6+ million.  In first finding the lot to build on, they were very involved to help with site plans of lot potentials and saved us a lot of agony in highlighting issues with potential lots right away.  The state of the art software and talent they have to let us see the future reality of a lot, set backs, issues, restrictions is incredible, and their turnaround time is fast which is priceless in this market for prime lots.  I have had many a happy client been touched with this amazing group of professionals.  Thank you, especially my go to guys, Richard and Jim.
