> I can't say enough wonderful things about this third-generation family business. I found the company through Google and was pleasantly surprised that the very first time I called (before 9am) my call was answered by a live person. Jake, the Owner, and I spoke for about 20 minutes and set up an appointment for him to come out and measure our lawn in order to suggest the best playset for our space. Then we went to the showroom and played on the playsets. We purchased a Swing Kingdom playset. I am so glad that Jake suggested this type of playset for us specifically. I am terribly afraid of spiders and insects and with this playset I can hose it off and not worry about having to do maintenance to preserve the wood. Also, my son loves to play with his bubble machine and spray bottle in the castle part of the playset and the vinyl can withstand all of that play! I also love that I can climb all over the playset at my adult weight because the structure is commercial grade. I get to spend quality time with my son in a safe and fun environment. I am very grateful to Jake and the whole Fenceworks team. They made the whole buying experience fun, easy, and fast.
