I called him about a roof leak and he was out the next day to take a look and his crew was out the following day to complete the work. I couldn’t believe they were able to complete the work on such short notice during the latest rains, and his pricing was fair. I have also engaged Summit to fully remodel my kitchen and Nathan and his team’s responsiveness, decency and all around awesomeness have been fully evident on my project. > Had a Roof and HVAC replaced at a house in Rosemead/S San Gabriel.  Cost estimate was in line with other estimates.  What made me choose Summit over them was Nathan was very clear and upfront about costs and breakdown of work (including what to look out for for extra costs).  Also, Talking to him about what I want to do with the property he was very helpful with recommendations and options, even if it wasnt part of the inital work.
