> Although we had some specific ideas in mind about our mid-century remodel, we were never able to put it all together until Angie was hired as our architect.  She came with strong references from several other homeowners and she did not disappoint. Along with a great sense of design, Angie's winning personality, efficient work style, willingness to listen carefully to our needs and dedication to produce a quality design resulted in a great final product.  In addition, she was a great resource for decor, appliances, countertops, tile and fixtures.  Importantly, she referred and worked closely with a great team of contractors, cabinet makers and crew who were all quality craftsmen. Any project which Angie takes on will undoubtedly be of the highest quality and sure to please!

> Angie did the architecture and design work for a major remodel project in our residence.  This included the master suite, family and dining rooms.  She also has done preliminary design work for the guest suite and an office.  She was easy and fun to work with, as well as being thorough and professional in all aspects of our relationship.  Most importantly, she is highly creative and has the wonderful ability to bring her client's taste and ideas into a good workable design.  We have other projects in mind for this residence, and Angie is the only architect we will consider using.

> Angie Wieland was the architect for a major remodeling of one of the floors of my house. What impressed me most about Angie was her ability to grasp and to implement, together with our builder, the many details required to bring this project to fruition. To call the finished space spectacularly elegant would not be an overstatement. The centerpiece of the entire undertaking was a library in walnut fitted with classical decoration, a French fireplace mantel, and state-of-the-art filing system and shelving. It is a space that most scholars might strive to emulate in their moments of fantasy, but it took the skills of Angie Wieland to visualize, conceptualize, and shape the space into a brilliantly orchestrated achievement. I am an active academic scholar and this aspect of the project rose to almost utopian levels. I simply fed the architect with a few of my idiosyncratic ideas and she gave them concrete form. As for the rest of the space, a breathtakingly elegant suite looking out onto the primeval Oregon woods became the capstone to an achievement that seemed to exceed our every hope. Such synergy is rare in any architectural endeavor, but we were lucky to find that synergy with Angie Wieland.

A: This is Ann Sacks Context 1.75"x11" tile in Jasper.

Hi! Do you have the color and material for this kitchen floor?

A: It's a Marmoleum floor.  The client selected it, so I don't have the specific color info.

A: The countertops are Carrara marble. If you are using them in the kitchen, make sure that you understand the pitfalls of marble:  it etches, it's a fairly soft stone, so it can chip, it scratches, and it needs to be sealed to avoid staining.

A: This is Pratt and Larson small elongated ogee custom tile.  It's made up of 2 different glazes in alternating rows to give it more depth and interest: W096 and R146. The watercolor glaze (W096) has a crackle finish.

A: My client picked her own paint colors, so I don't have that information.
