I just should say them thank you thats writing this review as for appreciation. I recommend them to everyone. **★ — other7, April 2016** > My bathroom needed a quick remodel due to slow leak that had rotted out subfloor. I placed order with Marble N Things, received order confirmation, waited (without a bathroom) for 2.5 weeks to receive shipping notice. Finally I contacted the company and was told they were canceling my order because they couldn't obtain the product. I checked their site, noticed the product was still listed but at an additional price of $2.00/sq ft. I recontacted them with my suspicion that the problem wasn't that they couldn't get the tile, it was that they couldn't make a profit on it. They sent a long explanation of their cost structure and confirmed I was correct. > > I waited a couple of days and then inquired about the status of a credit to my card. They had charged the credit card immediately and had not issued a credit even when they knew they wouldn't be fulfilling the order. After 3 weeks I received a credit, but nothing extra for the interest I paid for the weeks this billing was on my credit card. > > I just placed an order with MosaicTileDirect.net to try and order some tile so I can get my bathroom back together but noticed PayPal noted the payee as Marble N Things. It's been 4 days and I haven't even received confirmation of my order, just noticed from PayPal that my credit card has been charged. Emailed the company immediately, including photos, and was told that replacements would be shipped out right away. After numerous emails, we never have received the replacements. Any insights appreciated!
