I asked them to provide me 3 choices when picking out materials to speed up the process, which worked well.  The contractor also mentioned he enjoyed working with them.  Julia and Michele of 514 Design found issues on the punch list that needed to be repaired, that I would have never noticed, if they hadn't pointed it out.  With 514 Design's help we stayed on budget.  We missed several deadlines, which was mostly due to Hurricane Harvey hitting half way through construction which led to delay in materials and subcontractors.  Building/remodeling is an exhaustive process and you need someone with the expertise and skills to guide your through the process who always has your best interest in mind.
