Greg takes the time to coordinate all aspects of a project into his designs including the MEP systems which allows for a complete finished product. We have completed a large number of successful projects "together which were "on budget" and "on time". It was a pre-war so we wanted to keep some of the "charm" details in tact and still make it feel modern. The space was only about 1700 sq ft but the way that GNE organized and utilized the space made everyone think it was closer to 2500 sq ft. What we liked most about working with GNE was that they really listened to both my husband and myself and found a way to incorporate what we both wanted and make it work for the space. The space was elegant, yet comfortable for kids and pets. They stayed in budget; and the timing was what we expected! Greg, the principal at GNE, was regulary on the job site (we also had weekly meetings at the job site with the general contractor and, when appropiate, sub contractors); had a terrrific eye and vision of the completed project, which he not only explained to us, but also prepared and showed us drawings and computer images reflecting his final vision of our apartment; and was truly amazing at maximizing every inch of space of our combined apartment. I am a very tough critic, and don't believe I have every written a review like this before, but I can honestly say that GNE did a great job on our renovation and made a very difficult and stressful process, easier and less stressful.
