> Working with Julie was a communications nightmare. She made important decisions without ever talking me. She could not keep details straight, even when they were in writing. She actually made my renovation MORE difficult. Julie absolutely does not demonstrate the requisite attention to detail that this job requires. Her behavior and actions created a number of difficulties and an incredible amount of frustration. Making mistakes from time to time is human. But Julie never apologized for any of her mistakes, and at times, wouldn't even acknowledge them (despite documented evidence). I found her reaction to her errors completely unprofessional. I have never in my life had any difficulty working with a service provider--so I was wholly unprepared for how terrible this could be. Hiring Julie was the biggest mistake of my entire renovation. The only thing she did that I appreciated was agree to terminate the relationship early and provide a partial reimbursement of my fee. In hindsight, it was not sufficient to compensate me for the problems she created.
