Unfortunately I had to sell the house sooner than I wanted to, but the Feldman brand helped me considerably during the sale. For the 2nd time around, I didn't think twice about using Feldman again. Tai, our main point person on our project, is perhaps the most meticulous person I've ever met-- he's able to remember details about how I live my life, choices we made on windows, budgeting and much much more off the top of his head. He and Jonathan have a wonderful manner. They were incredibly respectful of me as the client, offering wisdom, expertise and guidance when needed, but also willing to step back and remember that it's going to be my home and defer to my judgement as well. They not only designed a GORGEOUS end product that we are constantly amazed is actually our home and continues to surprise us with gorgeous views and angles, but also helped at every step of the way--helping us get bids from contractors, mediate between conflicting subs, advise us on relations with subs, help us review bills, pick design finishes like bathroom fixtures, tile layout, flooring finishes, etc. I think picking an architect is a very personal choice and that you should interview any architect closely to make sure that they fit your personality and style....
