What is the paint color on the walls?

A: Thanks for your interest in our photo.  The wall color is Sherwin Williams "Peppercorn" SW7674.

What flooring is this? I'm assuming laminate? What is the name of the color?

A: Sorry for the delay in our response.  This took a little research because our supplier carried the product as a private label line.  Yes, it is a laminate.  The actual name is Mannington
Restoration, Nantucket, Color: Driftwood ( 28120 ).  Thank you for the inquiry and the interest in our photo.  Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
