**★ — User, Aug. 2021**

> Retained this builder as architect and general contractor. My experience has been terrible. Prices are high. Business is understaffed. Multiple construction mistakes were made and not addressed. Had to hire a new contractor to basically remodel home before ever moving in. Sales were slick. Execution was poor. Buyer beware.

> No project overrun, in fact they finished ahead of schedule.
> Cleanup - Perfect

> Our total experience with the Jeb Design Build team was positive. The project (a complete kitchen remodel) was handled in a professional manner from beginning to end. From the design team to the project managers to the individual contracted labor-we were happy with all of it. Any mistake was corrected. We love the kitchen. The workmanship is top notch. We would give them our highest recommendation. And we adore Jeb's dog!!!!

> JEB Design Build enclosed an upstairs balcony to make an office. We received detailed plans and costs before the project began, so there were no "surprises" The project was completed in a timely manner by highly professional and reliable subcontractors. We were very pleased with the final room and will hire this company again.

**Comment from JEB Design/Build:**

> Thank you so much for your kind review! There's nothing we love more than to hear you are still enjoying the space we collaborated on.

**★★★★★ — galefunk, July 2015**

> JEB Design/Build built a room over our garage. They also redesigned our master bath and our closets. It was really a seamless, flawless job. It just looks wonderful. He also put a 1,000 foot addition on our home.
> The design work is just amazing. Working with Kristen & Jeb, everything was so easy on our part. All we had to do was move our things. It was totally easy and everything just looks beautiful.
>
> Can't wait to re-design the kitchen!

**★★★★★ — gchall1, July 2015**

> We have had JEB Design remodel our master bedroom suite, laundry room, and my office and they were fabulous. They came and did every single thing. It was a deem come true.
> We had a very outdated bathroom and laundry room, we needed more space. They took the square footage we had and turned it into a modern, comfortable, beautiful bathroom suite. It's a place I love to come home to now. Very comfortable.
> Their staff was fabulous. They never said no, their answers to everything was, "We will make this work," and it turned out to be something we cherish from this point forward.

**★★★★★ — jjkeeth, July 2015**

> We did a large remodel of 3600 square feet - the design and work were excellent,. He followed up on any concerns for a while and always willing to correct or help. We were extremely pleased!

**★★★★★ — hughanddebbie, July 2015**

> In the first phase of construction, the master bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt. The bathtub was removed and replaced with a large walk-in shower with an extra wide shower door. Sink and cabinet reconfiguration made a separate His and Her area for the owners. The closet and water closet doors were also widened. New drawers were also built into closet area. Wider doors were used to accommodate aging of owners. Beautiful cabinetry, tile, marble counter tops, new hardware, plumbing, and electrical work was also included. The master bedroom recede fresh paint, recessed ceiling lighting, new ceiling fan, and upgrade in the closet. Old carpet was removed and replaced with wood flooring. We were very pleased with our new master suite! We were so pleased with the completed work that we proceeded to phase two.

**★★★★★ — plumbing7555, July 2015**

  - Description: This home features a beautiful lake setting, and when the house was built about 25 years ago, the kitchen was placed in the center of the house with no view. Understandably, the homeowners wanted to take advantage of their placement, and give the kitchen to a view of the lake. We moved the kitchen to the back wall and installed an eyebrow window with a bump-out gable above the new kitchen window. We vaulted the ceiling and added exposed stained beams for structure. The light-painted cabinets con…

  - Photos: 6
  - Description: We added a sunroom at an ongoing existing house. We demoed an existing screen porch, which actually had that brick fireplace already, then we built a whole new sunroom. The room is kind of interesting because it's actually off center with the fireplace The interior vaulted ceiling lines up with the eyebrow-height transom window, and the roof is actually different than the interior because we had some issues with water and how the water would be shut off the roof in relation to the chimney. You’l…

  - Description: The owners had a major water problem from the second floor roof down to the existing patio, which had brick floors. They were constantly sucking up the moisture from water from the roof, so half their patio was always discolored which is annoying because she cannot clean discoloration. The patio was power washed repeatedly, but this failed to remove discoloration. One of the main issues was how to build a new roof over the existing roof? We doubled the size of the patio porch, as they wanted to…

They had started out using their living room and den but you could only get maybe 8 or 10 people in there. They wanted to use it as a meeting place for Bible studies and a light and bright room for themselves. The sunroom would open up to the breakfast room and kitchen. Wanted lots of natural light. - Location: Shreveport, LA
  - Photos: 20
  - Description: The clients had several challenges in the design as they had certain additions they wanted without decreasing the size of any existing spaces. They wanted a more private Master Suite area since the existing entrance to the Master bedroom was directly off of the Kitchen breakfast table. Another challenge was reworking all of the existing spaces without moving a return air chase which was located in the center of the construction area. Also, there were many windows and doors in the existing design…

  - Description: This extensive master bathroom and powder room remodel represents nearly a year of design and construction collaboration with the Ellerbe Woods homeowners. The homeowners’ attention to detail shows in their selections: exquisite granite countertops in the master bath are echoed in the shower bench seat, tub surround, and windowsill. To prevent unnecessary slickness, the floor of the curbless, frameless shower is made of 2x2 tiles in Crema Marfil which provide some texture. The homeowners said th…
