They came by and said it was humidity. I followed their instructions on reducing humidity, my upstairs is at 40% humidity and still water is seeping in from under the window. This is ideally not a great situation. Mold is growing on the caulk as well. > > Going to have to look for a different company to help fix or figure out the issue. **Comment from Zen Windows Columbus, OH:** > We have responded to your recent email and shared the recommended humidity percentage levels from the manufacturer (based on the exterior temperature). The humidity levels in your home are high. Based on the manufacturer's recommendation, humidity should never be over 40% when the temperature is between 20 - 40 degrees and should be lower as the temperature gets lower. The email most recently sent to us shows that the humidity level is 44% and has been as high as 46%. The morning this email was sent, the temperature was as low as 11 degrees overnight and around 20 degrees when the email was sent. We have also emailed after receiving your most recent email and prior to receiving notification of your review letting you know that we are happy have someone come out and look and had our general manager contact you to try to schedule something so that we can try to rule anything else out and we haven't heard back yet. Whether the issue is window related or not, we are still happy to come out and look to assess everything. We stand behind our products and workmanship and will always do everything we can to help. In addition, with the slightly tinted low-e glass, I can stand right next to the windows on a 95 degree day and the heat does not radiate to me.
