Todd's journey into home renovation...

Todd decided back in 2003 with the birth of his 1st son...that he would work hard to provide for his growing family. Todd started in basic apartment maintenance & quickly grew into home renovations.

What started with 1 home has grown into dozens of homes each year:

As Todd's family grew...so did the requests for his work.

By 2010, Todd & his wife were deeply commited to giving financially to their local church & the leadership growth it provided.

Todds motivation to provide & to give financially helped him to leverage clients that care about the same goals as he does.

2012...Todd's work grew again with big projects in commercial work as he continued his skilled work on home renovations.

2014...Todd won the Best of Houzz 2014 for Service & is a 5 Star contractor thru the reviews on that site.

> Unfortunately Barrett Renovations should not be hired to do a job of any considerable size. A year after our home remodeling project was set to be finished based on our contract, there was still unfinished and unsatisfactory work. I was tired of the poor communication and failed promises to complete the work so I requested and was granted a refund (at my loss) to nullify our contract and be done with our business with Barrett. This refund was, in part, because they had explicitly billed me for materials that were never delivered and probably never purchased.

> Due to many failures on their part, the majority of the work became rushed, sloppy, and/or unfinished towards the end of the contract completion date. Especially noticeable is the poor trim/finishing work in the house. We gave them months to rectify these issues to no avail.

> After talking to a few of their subcontractors and clients, I learned that Barrett also has issues with paying their subs in a timely manner and finishing projects by the contracted completion date. We are not alone in this experience.

> They did a repair to the outside of my house. The guttering and roof had been damaged. The gutter was replaced on the front and side of the house. The roofing had to be fixed. The eave was rebuilt and siding was matched and replaced. They did not do more then they had to do they did just the repair. They did a wonderful job. The repair matches and looks better then what it did before it was broken. They used materials that matched the original stuff that was used on the house. The work was done in a timely manner.

**Q: Can you share the name of the backsplash and cabinet stains ? Thanks** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi. 
Dont have a name on the mosaic but it came from Lowes. Has a mix of long, horizonal brown glass tiles & natural stone. The cabinets are Cardell brand ivory with a chocolate glaze.

A: Hi. Its Giallo Ornamental...which is very close to Santa Cecilia.
