> We worked with Bob Kieft of the Kitchen Design Group for a bathroom renovation in 2010 and a kitchen renovation in 2014.  He was first rate in both, coming up with great ideas that individualized the project.  For instance, he did his own modification of a cabinet to make sure we could get a larger sink.  It took extra work for him, but really made the kitchen perfect.  When we had some problems with paint on a cabinet two years after installation, he came back and worked with the vendor to get it fixed.  We have nothing but the greatest respect for Bob and the Kitchen Design Group.

Size limitations were addressed by a combination of horizontal wine display racks and rail type mass storage racks. Stone details were added for the arch and backsplash for an old world effect. Detail areas were created to highlight memorabilia and a built in bottle topper. Room was capped with suspended tin ceiling with LED lighting.

**Q: Is the cabinet/shelf above microwave custom made or modified cabinet?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Michele, that is a standard size open cabinet that was cut into the existing soffit and pulled forward to create an "up and down" effect in the kitchen, and to allow venting behind the cabinet for the microwave.  Bob Kieft, designer - Kitchen Design Group, Akron, Oh

Were the chairs custom?

A: One benefit of having happy clients is you can contact them years afterward for information!  
The chairs are Ashley Millennium, North Shore collection.  They were purchased in Akron Ohio at a good local furniture store, Wayside Furniture.  Hope this helps.  Bob Kieft
