Ever since they merged with Duralee it's been horrible. And Duralee used to have fantastic Customer Service. As a designer I do everything I. I ordered an in-stock trim over 3 months ago and they can't seem to get the order shipped despite numerous calls, talks with a manager, and e-mails. The customer service is terrible and no one seems to care about fulfilling orders or helping customers. Their phone has been out of service for weeks and e-mails to customer service get answered with, "Please call us to discuss these issues." Do not order from them!
