> Pam was absolutely amazing to work with! Really professional attitude and knew exactly what she was doing!! Amazing person to deal with!!!

**★★★★★ — HU-402927789, March 2020**

> So impressed with Pam’s work!!!
> She made our house look absolutely gorgeous , and she was an incredible pleasure to deal with.
> We had an offer on day one, and then the following week had two more, for our asking price.
> Definitely would not of had the success without her staging. And definately would never list a house with out staging again.
> Five stars is not enough of a rating for her.

**★★★★★ — Tammy Milton, April 2019**

> Pam was both professional and personable when discussing and planning the staging of our home. She took time to answer our questions and offered very valuable feedback to help us to make our home look great for potential buyers. She even took the time to help us choose a fabulous color for the paint. We would be happy to recommend Pam to stage any of our friends and family's homes.

> I would like to take this moment to thank Pam for the incredible job she did for my parents. Placed in a difficult position I had to sell their house quickly so they would remain safe as both of their health's had deteriorated quickly. Her kindness, professionalism and amazing talent for knowing how to stage a home got my parents home sold - 2nd showing. Unheard of in Calgary right now but she as part of the selling team got it done. I and my parents are very grateful. Thanks Pam

> We knew we needed a quick sale. We couldn't risk a price reduction in this market. We had already purchased another Home. I kept saying to myself "if I had 2 more weeks I could just do it myself" but who am I kidding, I was already burnt out. Pam has an eye for design. It's not just about decluttering your home. I could have followed all of her suggestions but it still wouldn't have looked near as good as this. She took our house to a level I never could have imagined.
> We were sold 6 days with 3 offers.

> Pam was awesome! I had a couple of narrow rooms and was having trouble setting up my furniture. She came to my house and rearranged the things I had and it made such a difference. We discussed that the rooms could use a couple of extra things to pull it all together. I work full time and hate to shop so I gave Pam a budget to do that for me. She purchased some beautiful items that I love. There is now a "flow" to my house I never had before. Thank you Pam! :).

**★★★★★ — Karen Ullman, July 2018**

> We initially brought Pam in for a consultation thinking we could do the work ourselves. It was quickly evident that she is a true expert in the field of house staging and that our best course of action was to have her do the work and add her special touches. The result was a fantastic looking house that beautifully tells a story... and 3 offers within the first 36 hours of listing. It's almost a shame we need to move. We couldn't be happier with Pam's attention to detail and work ethic and highly recommend her to anyone that wants to sell their place quickly and for more money.

**★★★★★ — Monique Christofferson, June 2018**

> We ended up needing to sell our house fast and Pam took care of making sure we made our house look beautiful. She also was a great listening ear as I was overwhelmed with all the emotions of listing within 72 hours. We pulled it off. Less than 24 hours on the market, 5 showings, and 2 offers over asking! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and I truly believe the work Pam did made all the difference. If you are looking to sell I greatly recommend her expertise!!

**★★★★★ — veriacos, Feb. 2018**

> Pam did an amazing job staging our home and she was very helpful, accommodating and personable. She also followed through with all her proposals and ideas after she visited our home for the first and we agreed to use her Professional Staging Services!
>
> Pam's efforts were an important factor to have sold our home and having it ready for showing while it was in the market. Everyone whom walked through our home complimented the decor and how nice the house looked and felt.
>
> Thanks Pam,

> Pam was fantastic to work with! Very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. She put our minds at ease and was always available whenever we needed anything. She worked quickly and efficiently, stayed on schedule and her enthusiasm helped immensely with the stresses of getting a house ready for listing. The home was set up with a tricky front room and dining room layout, but she was able to pull it all together and show very well the potential the space had. Our four bedroom home received an offer within 24hrs over asking price and I have no doubt that Pam's work can take credit for that! Thanks so much Pam for your excellent work!

**★★★★★ — whiteheadlaur, June 2017**

> Pam was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating of our tight schedule. She made our house look contemporary and inviting- it sold in 1 day!
>
> I would definitely recommend Edit Homestaging to anyone looking to get their house looking it's best!

> Pamela staged our home. She was very professional and great to work with. Our home sold in hours with multiple offers!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Ideas for furniture layout and mantel decor please!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Just moved into our new home and getting new furniture for the living room. Not sure if a sectional would be good or couch and love seat or two chairs. We aren't putting a television in this space as it will be more of a conversation area. Any ideas on furniture layout, color ideas, and mantel decor would be great!

A: It always looks nice to maintain the open flow, so I'd suggest flanking the fireplace with seating to make it a focal point. An area rug could tie the arrangement together. You have enough space to do two sofas facing each other (one backing onto the stairs, one floating in the room, with window behind it.) This would keep the fireplace as focal point and maintain the openness. Then you could have either two low accent chairs or stools which would face the fireplace directly. A low coffee table, ottoman or set of nesting tables would work well to serve the whole seating arrangement, and a sofa table behind one of the sofas. Have fun!
I'm showing you two photos with similar furniture arrangement; one more formal/transitional, one more casual/contemporary.
