Wonder if I will have problems trying to paint them or re-stain them to update. I have a mix of black and stainless steel appliances and off white walls and ceramic tile floor. Any comments on how to paint or stain them and do anything else (like adding hardware) to update the look? Any comments on a paint color or stain that works best? The interesting design concept includes using the Texas Long Horn symbol for the showers water to exit. I made this sample to get an idea from my client if I was on track for the design.
