> We undertook a major renovation of our main living area, including completing gutting the kitchen, reconfiguring the space, moving the front door, adding french doors, and changing window dimensions.  We contracted with Sawgrass Plantation and we are absolutely delighted with their service.   Our remodel was during the trying times of 2008 when subcontractors and suppliers were having difficulties.   Dave Sipos navigated all those challenges to ensure that finished job was what we had envisioned.   In addition, an issue came up with a product that was installed and had no visibile defect for over a year.   When the unusual defect came up, Dave immediately took over and dealt with all parties involved to ensure there was a satisfactory resolution.  Lots of folks are good when it's easy;  Sawgrass Plantation shined during unusual challenges.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Laundry Room cabinet layout** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I need some help with my small laundry room.  This is the proposal from the cabinet maker.  The washer, dryer, and sink cannot be moved.  It is a very compact space, so I'm more interested in function over aesthetics.  I have small children so I do a lot of laundry!  I can't move the big stuff, but I can make changes to the cabinetry as that is still in the planning phase.  I'm trying to figure out how to have a better rod for hanging clothes and where I could put cleaning supplies (broom, mop, etc.)  Would shelves be better than cabinets?  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

A: You can change drawer,door base with custom drawer base. Toe kick drawer adds 8" deep drawer gaining unused toe kick storage
