They all were trying to do everything perfect from the design to the last piece of mulch. Because of the time of year we lost my first crew as they were migrant workers and was afraid that the quality and speed of replacements would not be as good. I was surprised to see that every crew that came, picked right up from the last crew and with the same quality of work. From the initial design meetings to the final installation, everyone at the company was great to work with. Ryan helped to ensure that we came up with a design that met all of our needs while still coming within our budget and then continued to stay in touch throughout the installation process, timely responding to any questions that we had as things went along. The on-site crew did a great job of ensuring that things were completed on time and were very respectful throughout, checking to ensure that we were satisfied at each step of the process and incorporating any changes that we requested. There was even one item that I was happy with but wasn't to their satisfaction, so they revised. It was nice to see that they cared as much about the project as I did. As a result, we ended up not just with a patio but with a great new outdoor living space. We met to go over the plan and Ryan did a great job in the initial design- he balanced what we had said we wanted and also recommended other elements he thought would work well. We made a few changes and additions and then finalized the plans.
