What began as a dream turned into a nightmare, marred by a leaking roof and a cascade of apathetic, rude behavior from the very people who should have been our advocates – the builders themselves. > > Picture this: a brand-new home, gleaming with promise. Yet, soon after moving in, the cracks in Coventry Homes' facade began to show, quite literally, with a leaking roof. Concerned, we promptly contacted the builder, hoping for swift resolution under the umbrella of our Homeowner Warranty. > > However, instead of the empathy and professionalism one would expect, we were met with a wall of apathy. Despite our insistence and the obvious evidence of a faulty pipe contributing to the issue, Coventry Homes shrugged off our concerns with a dismissive email. I do Believe need to fix this under the warranty after you guys built the house like that. And every time I called the number you guys always on another called which is that's how yall set the phone call service. you guy did not build the house right I was told by the builder manager that he will take care of the issues but never did. She made the contracting and design process understandable and as easy as it could be. We are purchasing from out of town and she made sure that every accommodation was made to allow the process to be as easy and convenient for us. > While our house was(is) being built she kept us regularly updated on progress and let us know what to expect next. Sarah would even go out and take photos and videos for us!
