> We hired Exceptional One to open up the kitchen to our living room along with remodeling the mantel.  Their team did a professional job that exceeded our expectations.  The cost of the project was a bit on the high end, but it was worth the cost for extra attention to detail.

> While on site their contractors noticed some moisture under the floors another set of contractors were removing and about to lay floor over.  They stopped the other contractors from making a potentially costly mistake and alerted us to the potential issue.
