> I chose this company as they are located close to my home and I thought that would facilitate good service. The work that they did was excellent but the time frame for getting it done was awful. It was three months after the stone I selected was delivered to their shop before they started my job, after telling me they would start in 2-3 weeks several times. It then took 2 months to finish the work that I was told would be 5-7 days. The workers would come for a few hours and then not come back when they said they would. Several times they showed up without notice. It made it very hard to coordinate getting off work or making arrangements to have someone at the house.
