> Tried to charge me $40k for epoxy flooring for less than 800 square feet in two rooms. This would have been put down flat cement slab with little to no prep. They also said that I would have to be charged for 1600 square feet when I only have 800. High priced and would not recommend!

> We had Portsmouth quality flooring come in on 12/14 and what a horrible experience. At the consult Josh had agreed to ask adding a threshold type step to our uneven floor. The day of the rip up , after our entire downstairs floors had been ripped up they tell us they want $2500 + for plywood install and our bathroom shower base. We did have a problem area but instead of starting there they left our home in shambles then left for the day. They got back to us 4+ hours later with a ridiculous quote. Toni told me something that was not the right quote details and Josh made it seem like we were lying from what we were told on quote day. We could understand a 10% increase in payment but this was about 30% more than we were quoted for. We talked to Clayton who was very condescending stating that's why they had the disclaimer, that TBD is in very small writing. Anyway they only did two rooms and we were left to do the bathroom, living room and entry way. We evened out the floors on Saturday. The last picture is what we did and we have to put in our own floor. Just a horrible experience overall especially during the holidays. So now we have to pay $6500 for flooring and two rooms completed. All the baseboards were not even put back on. Do not recommend this company at all. It's a shame business arent what they used to be especially this flooring company. Business are out to get every last buck they can from people that trusted in them. Horrible.
