D. Gartner Contracting Ltd began serving the Fraser Valley of BC with General Contracting Services in 1986. Our primary field of expertise has been Custom Homes, constructing in excess of 180 homes during the past 25 years. While Custom Homes are our specialty we have also had the privilege of being part of a variety of other projects, see our information in our Commercial and Agricultural pages.

We take pride in providing our customers with a Quality Product.   Whether it be a small shed or an Executive Home we guarantee quality materials and workmanship.  Being a Chilliwack Builder has us central which allows us to travel throughout the Fraser Valley to supply Custom Homes , Commercial, Farm, and Agricultural  project services.   

D. Gartner Contracting Ltd has been a registered builder in good standing with the Homeowner Protection Office of BC since 1999.   We have also been backed by the \#1 New Home Warranty provider, Travelers Guarantee Co of Canada since the inception of the 1999 Legislation regulating New Home construction. 

Being a part of the Canadian Home Builders Association of the Fraser Valley has been a great addition to the community involvement of our company.  The CHBA provides the builder with all the updated education in the building industry as well as providing information that can be passed on to the homeowner.  This information includes topics such as changes to the BC Building Code, taxes, rebates etc.

It is a privilege to be part of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce.  They work hard to bring the businesses of Chilliwack together to make a great community and they are doing a wonderful job.
