The last was an emergency and Mark came through, saving a $6 million home by taking over, identifying major issues, redoing and repairing. This involved removing large windows that had not been flashed, identifying many leak sources and getting it done before a major winter. I have confidence in Marks experience, skills and ability to jump forward in an emergency. The home is a very high end home, our life dream house. He is straight forward and never minces words which I find totally refreshing. No BS just to schmooze a client and no hidden charges. Mark also makes the entire construction experience as stress-free as it can possibly get. Things are done logically and he handles every minute detail. The result is a beautifully remodeled space with attention to both aesthetics AND function. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Varnum as a general contractor.
