We found our salesman, Jamie, (and on one occasion, Tony) to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to speak with, very patient with all our questions and concerns and also witty. The showroom is bright and attractive, and very nicely highlights the different brands and models of spas as well as the possible decking, railing and accessory options. To be certain of our eventual choice of spa, we went to GBS&S specifically to experience different ones. The whole process went very smoothly-moreover the two deliverymen put the spa in place and answered our questions on a windy day in below-freezing temperatures.
