He installed bamboo floors in almost our entire house and tiled 3 bathrooms, re-did our carpeted stairs with wood and replaced all the posts and beams with new ones. It looks fantastic. He also replaced all our baseboard trim. This was our first house and we knew nothing about remodeling when we first met Rob. I am so grateful we found him first because he's honest, hard working and gave us fair prices. He also came back and did every follow up thing he said he was going to do. These have ranged from a simple buff and recoat of an existing hardwood floor, to a full new floor installation. In one case, they were required to add to an existing floor, and this required a rather intricate job of fitting in new pieces of wood in a random pattern to match the old. The final result was excellent and looked as if the floor had been installed all at once. Their crew was always courteous and they cleaned up after every day's work. Plus need ideas for office area. Note color of floor in office area is what is currently in house..... A: Lighter flooring always brightens a space. If you want to be more eco friendly, I suggest bamboo. If you still want to maintain a more traditional look, I suggest light oak or maple.
