Up until September nothing was completed except digging the foundation. Seems the builder did this intentionally as to not void the PA. Multiple (6+) homes ahead of our build have been sitting idle for months on end, with no sign of crews and no updated timelines. > > To enter this contract, we had to list our house within seven days. Our house sold in the first day.
