We called NY Kitchen and Bath to let them know and they said our sales person, Larry, would call us back. He never did, and when we called again the person who answered told us that Larry had said we could not return or receive compensation because the door had been installed already. We were not living in the house during the reno so we did not know that the door was the wrong orientation until it was already installed. Overall, it's a great place for home products. It is evident that the staff and management care and take time to build relationships with their customers from start to finish. One issue we had was that a non detailed invoice lead to a mix up that they were willing to do their best to resolve after several conversations. I would recommend, as with anything, to get everything in writing so it is clear for everyone involved. The staff's product knowledge is excellent and if they didn't have an answer they would always do a good job of getting back to me quickly.
