> Bill Picardi is the head of a fantastically talented group of carpenters, who are supremely professional and very easy to work with.  Bill has so much knowledge about building an addition or remodeling a kitchen/bathroom/living room that when it comes to placing my ideas on paper and then making them a reality I am extremely pleased with the results.  All the subcontractors with whom he does business are experienced, clean, friendly and at the top of their craft.

The second time, he remodeled my kitchen, dining room and living area in my condo on the cape.  He is presently doubling the size of my small ranch house and each day as the progress continues, I am increasingly more happy.

> This year, I hired Bill Picardi for the third time to renovate and build additions to the homes I have lived in.  He is totally professional, upfront and most important, he is thorough, has a world of knowledge a talent for designing.  He works with an architect, sub contracts to only the best workers and he is a pleasure to do planning with.  I cut lots of pictures out of Houzz.com and together we share our ideas and create a beautiful home.
