We were allowed to make changes during the project and Chad was very upfront about extra cost if there were any. The one thing that I liked the most about Chad is that he is involved in the project and that we were never a burden to him. When ever I had a structural question or why they did things a certain way, he was always willing and able to give me an answer on the spot. Chad is definitely not a fly by builder, this guy cares.
