> We were/are completely happy with our pool.  However, we were/are completely unhappy with service during and especially after completion.  Owner did not mind at all asking us to write those big  checks during the process and he was “Johnny” on the spot on payment dates but getting him to come out when we’ve have an issue or to open and close the pool annually is like pulling teeth!!  Seriously we have to call and or text a minimum of 4 or 5 times every single time!  I would not recommend him for this reason only!!  We’ve been begging him to give us an estimate and projected time table on adding a chiller to our pool.  We heated it but never thought of a chiller and he won’t even extend the courtesy of returning our calls or texts. Look for a pool company that you can get references for good service after the sale!!!  Josh is a good ole boy, but that doesn’t keep your pool up and running. Service after the sale is very important if you haven’t had a pool before. This isn’t the place.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Do you do vinyl pool inspections?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are considering a house w an existing vinyl pool.  How long does the liner last, can liners be parched, and if so, how do you find the leak?  Also, can an existing vinyl pool be converted to saltwater?

A: We do not do inspections. We do replacement liners if it needs replaced. It is typically 8-12 years for the timeframe to be replaced. Small leaks can be patched, but if the liner is over 5 years old it is typically not worth the cost of patching versus replacing. You are usually looking at around $2500-3500 to replace. We can convert to salt anytime.
