## Community Q&A

**Q: what wood flooring is used in this home?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The wood flooring is absolutely perfect!

A: Thanks for your comment and question. The house was built by Phillips \| Collins Construction Group, Inc., based in Atlanta, GA, from the Sand Mountain House plan designed by architect John Tee. I recommend contacting them directly to find out what flooring was used in that project.

**Q: Where did you find the food signs next to the range hood?** *(in Photo Questions)*

They are exactly what I am looking for

A: We don't know where those signs came from, unfortunately. But we will check with the homeowners and get back to you with any information we have.

Thanks!

**Q: is this a southern living plan? thank you!** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Yes, the base version is sold by Southern Living at http://houseplans.southernliving.com/plans/SL1909. This is actually a customized version, you can contact us via this form to implement some or all of these adjustments.

**Q: Island** *(in Photo Questions)*

What materials are used for the island Snak bar? On the bottom it looks like pimple or industrial metal.

A: We heard back from the homeowner, here is the reply: I bought the entire base piece as is and only added the top. But it appears to have been built on a cart base, one end has wheels.
We hope this helps!

**Q: How did you transition from tile to ceiling at the shower opening?** *(in Photo Questions)*

My valued ceiling/shower stall looks very similar to this one. Do you have photos that would show the transition?

A: Hi, unfortunately we don't have any pictures specifically showing the transition from tile to ceiling.

**Q: Kitchen island** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kind of paint was used for the island?

A: I believe that was Chateau Grey, which is more of a grey-green and is a chalk-paint. A link can to color can be found here: http://www.mamashappy.com/product/chateau-grey/
