The contractor, Jason, always had our best interest in mind. We felt so comfortable knowing that our contractor cared about our home addition/renovation as much as we did! We are more than thrilled with the result of the work that GBL did and it has created an amazing space for our family for many years to come. From Jason, to his carpenters to all of the sub trades, we were so happy to work with good, honest people that got the job done right. Our budget was one of our main concerns and we found that not only was GBL reasonably priced, but Jason was also able to stick to our budget and was cautious about checking our budget before making decisions on buying finishes etc. We knew the allowances we had for each part of the house and we were able to stay within the costs that were outlined to us by Jason. We had full trust in Jason throughout the entire process. When a home owner goes through a major home reno, this characteristic is one that is incredibly important. Decisions have to constantly be made, and it was reassuring to know that he kept our best interest at all times.
