> Have had many issues with home that we built 5 years ago. Basement walls kept cracking floor flooding. When issue brought up core suggested to get second sump pump. Had 3 companies come house was built on a water table and basement did not have drainage tile installed. Had to take second loan to fix basement. Backyard was graded terribly and yard kept flooding. Told core and was under warranty said they would come back never did. Had to pay more to fix yard. Front porch and driveway they did not do right. Bricks on front porch pillars have cracked all the way down on all sides needs to be replaced. That amount of damage is not from ground settling. Swirls all in concrete porch because laid in winter not covered up. Had rough plumbing put in was installed in middle of basement not like layout of model home. Had to have moved because ruins any layout of basement. Was not given choice of appliances. When we first moved in ice maker did not work called company and warranty was up before we moved in had to pay 300$ for new motor. Had a leak in roof because no flashing was put in under siding. Company cuts to many corners. Found out used to be called Phoenix builders and went under just changed name. My opinion they try to build homes to fast and once they got your money forget getting a hold of them. I do not recommend this company.
