Joe Pye? A: Looks like it to me, too. **Q: ID please** *(in Trees)* I have an idea, but want to hear what you all think A: I agree. Aesculus, but will need further information to determine which tree form. One of my favorites is Aesculus pavia for red panicles of flowers in the spring. It's definitely not Aesculus parviflora since this is a shrub form. Be sure to plant in part shade.
