> I called Agentis for a remodel of 2 bathrooms, to be followed by a kitchen remodel. They measured and said they would give a quote.
> After 2 weeks I called and was told the individual was on the phone and would call back. No call. The next week I called and was told I would have the quote by the end of the week. No quote. I called a third time, told the person answering the phone what had transpired. She said that shouldn’t happen and she would check into it. A week later and no call. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Everyone treated our home with the upmost respect. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the entire project from beginning to end. When you think of remodeling and having contractors come in and out you naturally think there will be some dirt and debris left behind. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. They covered all the floors in the traffic areas and even covered our bedroom furniture each morning and uncovered at the end of the work day. They vacuumed up and took whatever debris and materials away with them each day as well. My wife did not have single complaint about the project, workers or cleanliness.
