She helped us renovate our newly purchased older home. She is well-versed in architectural drawing with an ability to incorporate electrical and structural changes, and create ambient lighting. She helped us through the complexity of making an old kitchen a beautiful new kitchen. Her knowledge about the combination of flooring, paint colors, and fixtures made us confident and definitely lessoned our anxiety when it came to decision making. One of her best features was working with our contractor and his subs while we were able to carry on with our other responsibilities. She is calm and organized. The outcome far exceeded our expectations. We've gotten great feedback from friends and neighbors. We replaced all of the carpeting in the house, repainted the entire interior, converted our living room to wood floors, replaced our front and back doors, installed overhead lighting in three bedrooms, added some new electrical outlets, replaced our whole house fan, did some sheetrock repair, tiled a half bath that had previously been carpeted and replaced three sinks. We hired Suzanne to oversee the planning of the project, procure the contractors, coordinate the timing of their work and provide esthetic suggestions. The contractors Suzanne lined up for us were uniformly excellent. We gave Suzanne a rough budget at the start of the project and we were able to stay within our suggested budget. It is always stressful to take on a project of this magnitude so we greatly appreciated Suanne lining up top quality contractors for us who did excellent work.
