> As a first timer renovating a home, let alone a kitchen, I hit a wall and felt completely overwhelmed.  Katie directed me straight to what I was looking for with my kitchen, and I'm very pleased with the look of my new kitchen!  However, where Katie really shined was when I was having a "breakdown" on designing my new master bath: she volunteered her time to give me direction and great advice to achieving a wonderful bathroom... none of which she charged for.  Although there was one miscommunication in the kitchen that I ended up paying for to have resolved, the amount of time, help, assurance, and sanity that Katie gave me during a very stressful time in my life is VERY appreciated and most certainly made a BIG difference in my renovation experience!
