During the introductory stage they met with us immediately at their office and listened to what we wanted and then made some recommendations on house plans to use. We narrowed down the plan and then set off to visit some of their current or recent builds so we could visualize the plans. This was helpful to allow us to make more informed decisions. They consistently treated us like their only and \#1 customer which is much appreciated. They laid out the timeline and costs and this was open and honest from the get go. They kept us involved throughout the process and asked questions promptly when it was necessary. They ended up finishing three weeks ahead of schedule and the new house was even better then we ever dreamed of. They were great to work with and set themselves apart from others in the industry by their honesty, communication, customer service, and meeting of deadlines.
