**★ — HU-946744613, April 2026**

> Essentially this company dragged me along for four months doing horrific work to my master bathroom. Now refuses to even finish the job. And wants full payment of $35k. Even though it is clear as day the job is not complete. They made the mistake of choosing a horrible 3rd party contractor and didn’t want to re-start the work so they chose to put paint on a pig. My bathroom is far from complete and this company refuses to speak to me. Absolutely abhorrent. I have tons of pictures and messages to confirm this as well!!

**★★★★★ — HU-356037043, March 2023**

> You came in and showed out. Converting my bathtub to a walk-in shower was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Quality Craftsmman to anyone needing this service. The men were exceptionally skilled and very professional. They explained every step and made sure I had an opportunity to take pictures along the way. It was done in one “1” day. They cleaned up leaving no mess. Thank you Quality Craftsmen.

**★★★★★ — Mike Brady, Oct. 2022**

> I have no hesitation recommending Quality Craftsmen as a company that you can fully trust for its expertise and integrity.
>
> I needed to add extra living space to my house so that I could move my mother in with us. With limited information available on the web, I was able to interview a small number of contractors.
>
> I was terrified of such a large project after all of the horror stories I have heard over the years from friends and acquaintances about dealing with contractors. Based on a gut feeling, I crossed my fingers and chose Quality Craftsmen for the job. For once, my gut feeling was accurate.
>
> In 2021, Quality Craftsmen was able to add what amounts to a small house to the back of mine: a bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer closet, dining/living area, and a spacious covered patio.
>
> In the year and a half since this project was completed, we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Everything has held up great. As difficult as it was for my mother to leave her home of 50 years, she is very happy to have such a nice space to live where she can be safe, independent, and comfortable, yet just a doorway away from us if she needs anything.
>
> I would recommend this company not just for their workmanship, but also for their honesty more than anything. I have no horror stories to tell or headaches to report. From start to finish, Zett Quinn took full responsibility for the project and adapted to the unexpected circumstances as they arose. Even with the additional obstacle of Covid affecting labor and supplies in 2021, the entire experience could not have been any less stressful for me.

**Comment from Quality Craftsmen:**

> Thank you Mike! It was a pleasure helping your family create a beautiful space for your Mother and working with such a wonderful family.. We hope everyone will enjoy it for many years to come.

**★★★★★ — Pamela Bell, May 2022**

> I had a large home remodeling project that involved building a Sunroom and a second-floor Entertainment room in a space where there existed a two-story great room steeple high ceiling. During the planning stage and subsequently entering into an agreement to remodel my home there were two things that Quality Craftsmen’s owner, Zett Quinn, said to me; one, “if you trust me” and two, “we’re going to make your space beautiful.” And Quality Craftmen did just that. They brought my vision to reality. What was a small patio slab outside of my great room walls is now a stunning four-season large Sunroom with cascading windows that expands across and encircle the walls of my new living space. A breath-taking 2nd floor Entertainment room that is marveled by everyone with a wrought iron banister crosswalk entry and new stairwell providing the final change to what is now an elegant home. From new flooring, to painting and an architecturally designed remodeled home I could not be happier. Thanks to Zett Quinn and the entire Quality Craftmen team. You met and absolutely exceeded my expectations.

**★★★★ — HU-258962565, July 2021**

> Very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Very knowledgeable and good to work with. Zett has knowledgeable staff who performed many tasks for us. Refaced our kitchen cabinets, gutted half bath and replaced, removed wallpaper and painted. Refinished hardwoods and worked with us to create a custom mantle for our fireplace. Would definitely use them again.

**★★★★★ — Silvia Riedel, Nov. 2018**

> I could not be more satisfied and happy with the team at Quality Craftsmen. They took on a very difficult and challenging backyard project and really delivered on all aspects of their promise. Tim and Zett supervised often, demonstrated knowledge, worked well with all inspectors and made the entire process seamless. From patiently answering my daily calls to providing creative ways to adhere to my budget, the team was flawless!
> I sincerely appreciate the care, attention and service of Tim, Zett and the entire team.

**★★★★★ — Parimala Narasimha, May 2018**

> Zett and his staff are great to work with. It was easy to just call and set up an appointment to scope the work, give us options and choose the best option for our lifestyle. Work was completed in just a few days - clean up included. we love our new floors and would highly recommend Quality Craftsmen!

**★★★★★ — Brian Retzlaff, Jan. 2017**

> I've used Zett and his team several times over the past 10 years. They consistently provide a high quality service. More importantly to me, there crews are always respectful, competent, and people I'm very comfortable having around my family. Most recently, I needed a to have a relatively large custom foyer window (over my front door) replaced. After getting quotes from a few places, including a "big box" store, for windows that did not really matched, Zett was able to exactly match the window for about 60% of the price. Installation went smoothly and the new window looks great!

**★★★★★ — jeff4115, May 2016**

> I have had the opportunity to see the before and after projects from Quality Craftsmen for several of their customers. Working with Zett Quinn and his team is always a pleasant experience. His work is top notch and he insures that the completed project is perfect!

**★★★★★ — jonapage, April 2016**

> Zett and his team at Quality Craftsman did an amazing job for us - he stuck to his timetable, kept the change orders to a minimum and did detailed and quality work. We were very pleased.

**★★★★ — Sarah Chi, March 2016**

> It's very easy to communicate with the project manager and the crews paid attentions to the detail. The price is not cheapest but the work is reliable.

**★★★★★ — drdiane\_ray, Jan. 2016**

> Quality Craftsmen have the highest quality of service you can find. The job was done to the highest of standards and the honesty and integrity of all the staff was outstanding! I would recommend this company if you are looking for high quality and professional renovations for your home.

 - Location: Atlanta, GA
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: This beautiful large kitchen project in Atlanta was designed to meet the special needs of the client within a very tight deadline. In addition to a complete remodel of the kitchen space which included repositioning appliances, refinishing the red oak hardwood floors, tiling, electrical work, and custom cabinetry of painted lacquered maple throughout, 3 walls measuring 4', 8' and 12' were partially or totally removed for clearer sight lines and mobility requirements. The existing sunroom floor wa…

 - Location: Atlanta, GA
 - Photos: 16
 - Description: The concept for this 3 floor open office space was a challenge as the owners discovered that the building they had purchased was riddled with hidden problems: termite damage within the framework, handyman plumbing errors, drains that did not empty, incorrectly sized pipes, uneven flooring throughout, numerous serious electrical issues, non-insulated duct work, and a failing HVAC system that emptied into a 5 gallon bucket. With a hard deadline approaching for occupancy, the completed project now…

 - Location: Marietta, GA
 - Photos: 17
 - Description: In this large 2 stage project, we first renovated the clients' kitchen then built a new 12' x 60' sunroom addition to tie in with the kitchen. Brand new custom oak cabinets were constructed, a handchipped stone backsplash with contrasting detail was added, and a centrepiece island that houses 6 appliances with a beautifully lively granite counter top completed the project. Since the project was completed in two parts, it was essential that the new addition flowed smoothly from the kitchen with n…

 - Location: Marietta, GA
 - Photos: 11
 - Description: Bringing this clients' dream to reality proved to be both deeply satisfying and challenging in this upper and lower deck and entertainment area improvement. The desire for an upper covered flagstone porch with adjoining Timbertech deck and Fortress handrail system ties in seamlessly with the lower level enlarged 20' x 24' flagstone patio, Stringent building methods were utilized to double frame the support structure in order to bear the weight of the upper level flagstone porch. The resulting sp…

 - Location: Marietta, GA
 - Photos: 13
 - Description: The original deck was a cloth and metal awning sunroom that was unusable during winter and extremely hot during the Atlanta summers. In this full design build project the dilapidated original structure was demolished and a new 14' x 24' 4-season sunroom was constructed in its place. A tongue and groove painted spruce ceiling complements the medium dark wood-style tiles. Since this room has direct access from the pool area to the remaining home, it was important for the client that clean-up would…

 - Description: In this extensive renovation project, the former grass covered backyard was altered to include a swimming pool, hardscaped pool deck and custom waterfall. Additionally, at the rear of the home, a new sunroom and screened-in porch addition was constructed to increase overall living space. One of the main challenges of the project was the extensive grading of the lot to remove a sloping hill and working within the confines of the property line.
- [Roswell Basement Beauty](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/roswell-basement-beauty-pj-vj~1646620)
 - Location: Roswell, GA
 - Photos: 7
 - Description: For this project, we completed a full basement renovation, which included adding a new basement bathroom, television room, and office. Working with an interior designer, we paid particular attention to color co-ordination of walls, fabric, wallpaper, and tile selection. The result is a cohesive, professional renovation, which ties in seamlessly from room to room and to the remainder of the house. One of the challenges we encountered required that we completely level the concrete slab flooring, i…

 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 11
 - Description: This was a fantastic transformation to the curb appeal of the home’s front exterior – from tired and unattractive to warm and inviting. The improvements were not merely cosmetic; we encountered water damage that required repair and renovation of hardscaping as well as finding that the exterior chimney was detached and separated from the home. The entire front of the home was refaced and there was structural correction and repositioning of the front windows. A new retaining wall and circular driv…
- [Spacious Sunroom Addition, Marietta, GA](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/spacious-sunroom-addition-marietta-ga-pj-vj~1045200)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: This was a considerable 1100sq ft. sunroom addition required for family gatherings with overflow entertainment room for as many as 100 people at one time. One of the primary challenges as construction commenced, was the discovery of pre-existing termite damage that required about 20% wall reconstruction. Additionally, although this was a brand new addition, it was mandatory that all new flooring match the existing wide plank dark stained oak floors of the rest of the home.

The adjoining tasting room features Tuscany style mortar finish and is guarded by a 3" thick, insulated oak door with a custom old fashi…

 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 21
 - Description: With the desire for an open floor plan renovation, the family in this Roswell home contracted our services to remove 2 walls in the foyer and living room to create one large, open space. We installed recessed steel beams for load bearing capacity. We also installed new hand hewn hickory wooden floors throughout, scraped the popcorn ceilings for a more modern smooth finish and changed the stair treads and balusters. One of the major challenges to overcome was the existing fireplace which needed t…

 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 24
 - Description: This was a major structural job that took approximately 4/12 months to complete. We completely restructured and remodeled the raw basement with over 40' of load bearing walls that needed to be removed in a 1300 sq. ft. area. A new bedroom, bathroom, exercise room, playroom and fully functioning kitchen area were created as a result of the remodel, adding extra space and value to the home. In the kitchen, we installed new custom cabinets, removed a load bearing wall between the kitchen and the di…
- [Children's Bedroom Addition](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/children-s-bedroom-addition-pj-vj~1065462)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 8
 - Description: With an open 2 storey entrance, this home already had the space in which to create their children's bedroom addition. The custom bench window / reading nook in the girls’ room is a novelty space for storing books and toys and the window provides much of the light that is needed for reading. Downstairs in the family room, the addition above provided an opportunity to create a beautiful design element with the coffered ceiling. Other custom work in the family room includes the new built in cabinet…
- [Sunroom & Kitchen Project](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sunroom-and-kitchen-project-pj-vj~1029079)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 11
 - Description: The remodeling projects on this Marietta home were done in two parts. The first job was remodeling the family's kitchen. Because the home sits on a concrete slab, there were limitations that created challenges, particularly with regard to existing plumbing. The results are seamless and the family is proud of their concept brought to life. With recessed lighting and pale flooring that complements the darker custom cabinets, the overall look of the kitchen has been smoothly and efficiently updated…
- [East Cobb Living Room](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/east-cobb-living-room-pj-vj~1027176)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 7
 - Description: In order to open up the living space in this beautiful Marietta home, a wall that originally reduced the size and sight lines through the home was removed; a large load bearing steel beam was recessed into the ceiling. The resulting living room space is extremely large, bright and open. We added a spacious custom built in bookcase and entertainment center that cleverly houses a computer bay. Pale, unstained oak floors and recessed lighting add to the overall open look.
- [Marietta, GA: Whole Home Renovation](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/marietta-ga-whole-home-renovation-pj-vj~1026654)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 16
 - Description: This home in Marietta, Georgia, retained many features that dated the home to the 1970's. The exterior structure was sound, but the homeowner was unhappy with lowered 7' ceilings, sunken dining room and living room space, old kitchen cabinets, closed off rooms, a dismally outdated kitchen, a dangerous step-up shower and a leaking chimney fascia. The pictures on this project now show a bright, renovated home that addressed all of these challenges and more. The roof and chimney flashing issues wer…
- [3 Phase Remodel & Sunroom Construction](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/3-phase-remodel-and-sunroom-construction-pj-vj~1100769)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 11
 - Description: The front porch of this home was completely rebuilt having suffered from previous wood rot and other structural issues. In the master bathroom, we needed to reposition the shower, the toilet and the bathtub, but we were bound by the constraints of the space which included a long, narrow area for the shower and a sloped ceiling over the shower area. The cocoa marble vanity counter and dark custom cabinets are countered by the cream colored soap stone vessel sinks and hand chipped stone tile for a…
- [East Cobb, GA: Kitchen Renewal](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/east-cobb-ga-kitchen-renewal-pj-vj~1039891)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: With a great exterior structure, the interior spaces of this East Cobb home needed a complete renovation to upgrade from tired to bright and modernized. The kitchen range was repositioned for better efficiency, a brand new tumbled rock back splash tied in the updated wooden floors with off-white custom cabinets and a lively granite countertop.
- [Rec Room Basement](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/rec-room-basement-pj-vj~1039539)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: The biggest challenge in this basement remodel was managing the care of load capacity, while keeping sweeping sight lines open. A recessed steel beam was the answer for what turned out to be a family pleasing sports themed basement project. The "hand scraped wood" throughout the basement is actually ceramic tile which makes for easy clean-up and maintenance. Since this basement is set for heavy utilization, it was important that the entire home's electrical system was upgraded to provide uninter…
- [Roswell, GA: Master Bedroom Master Bath Addition](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/roswell-ga-master-bedroom-master-bath-addition-pj-vj~1039799)
 - Location: Not specified
 - Photos: 10
 - Description: Brand new addition – master bedroom and master bathroom. This project took approximately 90 days to complete. Originally we noticed that drainage in the rear of the home where the addition was to be completed, sloped towards the residence. There were significant grading issues to overcome prior to starting the project so that all runoff water was redirected away from the home. The addition was a welcome value-add to the home and provided superior space for a master bedroom and master bath suite.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Paint color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the paint color of the walls please?

A: Thanks for your interest. This was a custom color created by the homeowner after many changes/additions, so it's pretty well impossible to duplicate. However, if you look at Sherwin Williams' Pale Moss and Lucent Yellow, these come pretty close to what you may be looking for.

**Q: How wide is the peninsula?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Standard cabinet depth with a 13" overhang for seating.

**Q: Cabinet Paint color** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi, can you tell me the paint color of the cabinets? Thanks

A: Hello, thanks for your question. Farrow & Ball Off-White \#3 with a mix of Shaded White \#201 were the inspirations for this custom cabinet color. Hope this helps!

**Q: What colors were used on the vanity and mirror?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Unfortunately that information is not available as these pieces were purchased separately by the homeowner. They look beautiful and really tie in cohesively with the remodel project!

**Q: Love the leather chair and wicker coffee table. Where are they from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks for your enquiry. These pieces of furniture belonged to the client prior to our renovation of the home so unfortunately we don't have the exact information you require.
While slightly different, circular wicker tables like the one in our photo can be sourced through many sites including Padma's Plantation\|Wayfair. Hope this helps!

**Q: What brand of floor tile is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It's been a little while since we did this project, but I believe it was Serso Mahogany glazed porcelain tile. Hope this helps!
