He offered a wealth of knowledge for all phases of our project and will value-engineer and offer design/build advice for all aspects of a project. Utilizing Bill's knowledge during the planning and architectural phases will provide savings and smart long term decisions. The All Phase crews and subs are all fantastic, respectful, professional and friendly. > Bill was great to work with, and gave good recommendations and advice on design and planning to yield the best effect with lower costs.  The crew did high quality work and were friendly and respectful, though some of the subs (electrical and cabinets) were hard to get out to the job site in a timely fashion.

> APB handled our change orders very well, making adjustments to work schedules and doing work at a reasonable cost.  They even replaced the entire deck, which was not in our original plans, and did a great job with it.

> Overall there was a high level of attention to detail and they made sure that the final product was well-done to everyone's satisfaction.  We have had other contractors who asked for money early or complained that the finishing was too expensive, but there were no problems like this with APB - they were easy to work with and professional.  We are very happy with our remodel and the process we went through with Bill and APB.
