Communication is nonexistent and we have reached the end of our patience after many months of mishaps. Most recently, an installer let us know that the office “was having trouble locating” a large number of the blinds that were to be installed that day and that we have paid for. We only found out there was an issue when the employee was preparing to leave and my husband asked if he was going to finish the job. I have yet to hear back from a manager, despite having requested this three times over the span of many months. They were polite, professional, and could answer all my questions about the products I'd purchased. Twice the installers noticed a small scratch or problem with the product and informed me they were ordering a replacement immediately.
