> Robert "Bob" Chance required a retainer fee and by the second invoice had overcharged, grossly inflating the actual amount of his time spent. When asked for proof of services provided he quit stating that he needed to be trusted without question.
> In addition, our house plans were not returned nor did he tell us where we could pick them up causing a 3 month delay in the project, and costing us an additional $350.00  for a new set of  plans.
>  He is dishonest about where he works listing a post office and a home where no one knows of his whereabouts.
> He returned part of our retainer but did not reimburse us for the home plans or over 20 hours of over billing.
