  - Description: Welcome to our latest whole house remodel project in Renton, Washington. This project was a single-family rambler three bedroom two bath that we added a bathroom and completely redid the entire from the outside to the inside. This project was such a fun project for us and a great client as well. The process of this project took about three months to complete and handover to the customer.

The stand-alone tub in the walk-in shower are some of the highlights in the new space. The customer picked out some really nice barn doors and hardware that tie into the space seamlessly. The black hardware for the bathroom is the finishing touch that ties it all together.

  - Description: For this customer we actually remodeled her kitchen twice! The second time around they went all in and knew exactly what they wanted. We took out the wall dividing the two spaces and installed an inverted beam to support the second floor above. This kitchen has great flow and is designed for long term use. We purposely designed the base cabinets to have all drawers as much as possible. This makes it much easier to access all your goods.

We touched every corner of this 2300 square-foot home. We made some great improvements in the kitchen making it more part of the great room and did a complete layout change in the master bathroom.

We also added some new under cabinet lighting and and a beautiful new backsplash that looks timeless. In one of the photo's you'll notice we installed a countertop mounted pot filler new to the range. This project took about 2 weeks to finish.
