Our firm started in 2000 by staging vacant luxury homes listed for sale. As our reputation grew for powerfully helping to accelerate languid sales cycles through enhanced visualization, we soon expanded to include apartment buildings and condo conversions. Our expertise increased as we assisted developers in design and construction over a 2 year span of 600 condo conversion units located in the western US as well as profiting from home remodels and flipping projects. We are currently engaged in this same process, having amassed a network of architects, suppliers and contractors that fit into our very specific results-oriented business model all contributing towards amazing outcomes for our clients within budget as well as on time.

> Susan Browne has been a tremendous support and treasured friend in our relocation to the San Diego area from a remote active retirement community.  She is our interior design guru and caring guardian angel.
>      A very dear friend enthusiastically referred my husband and me to Dolcini Design.  Susan was everything promised and 300% more in assisting our home purchase choice and planning the remodel. She completed a beautiful custom remodel and final interior design project.  She came to our temporary rental space and got to know our personal design tastes; we are so very happy with the outcome.
>      We toured home purchase prospects with Susan to evaluate properties and remodel possibilities that fit our budget and we made a swift and accurate buy in a tight and low inventory housing market.  Our project was a complete remodel of the kitchen, dining space and bathrooms.  We refurbished the entire interior of a mid century suburban home.  Susan supervised and selected contractors and the particulars of the new open floor plan interior design: paint colors, flooring, cabinetry and closet storage, lighting and plumbing fixtures.  Everything accommodated our art and furniture collections of a 30+ year marriage. She came to the home, toured the inside to see our tastes, and took on the job of totally re-facing the outside of our home.  She helped me select stucco color, garage doors, front door, trim around all windows and even the lighting and landscaping.  She was in continuous contact with the contractor and I knew every day who would or not be on the job each day.  My husband and I, and the neighbors couldn't be happier.
