> I can’t say enough wonderful things about Working with Southern Development. The experience of building with them was delightful.  How often you can say THAT when you are building a home? From our first meeting, until the final walk through Southern Development Homes went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and in our budget!! There were no surprises.  Even the process of picking out finishings was fun and seamless at the Design Center. They know what they are doing, and you get that vibe when you are around any team member that they are one big family.  Big shout out to Nancy and the whole team at SDH…thanks for making building a house fun!
