He was (and still is!) available literally 24/7, at a moment’s notice. His attention to detail and insistence on the highest standards blew me away. He truly gave us the white glove treatment and accepted nothing short of perfection from Leicht’s material quality to the craftsmanship of his subcontractors. Over 10 times during the remodel I messaged Anthony late at night with petty requests like “I’ve decided to change the height of these shelves”, “ensure all cabinet doors open and close silently”, or “help me dim this underlighting.” Anthony made me feel that these requests were important and he resolved them immediately the next morning. I always felt like his top priority. > > However, nothing is perfect, and I want to be transparent to readers considering Leicht for their remodel. Leicht offers a premium product, with top-tier contractors, and the price tag is commensurate with this high degree of quality. If I were to do this again, I would be firmer with our budget.
