> We hired BD Construction and Development to fully gut and redo a dated condo we purchased.  We are very pleased with the final result.  They turned a dark, drab space into a bright, light contemporary home.  Being our first major renovation, we didn't know what to expect and while there were a couple delays, that had more to do with the permit process than anything else.  In the end, we are happy with our new home. Thanks!

> We are very sorry that Mr. Mathew had such a difficult time with this project.  Unfortunately, Mr. Mathew had performed a significant amount of un-permitted renovations on this property and was cited by the city.  We tried to do him a favour and work with the building department to clear the violations.  This process was very time consuming and we ended up performing a lot of work that we were not paid for but we did finish the project and clear all the violations so that Mr. Mathew could rent the property.
