They started that weekend. The work consisted of wallpaper removal, carpet removal, painting the entire interior of the house, refinishing hardwood flooring, laying laminate flooring, installing new LED ceiling lights, gutting and renovating a 1/2 bath into a full bath, gutting and renovating our kitchen, opening the kitchen wall to the dining room. He and his crew were reliable, respectful of our home, friendly, neat, and above all delivered excellent results. John was very flexible and understanding of our needs, he was clear on the cost, timeline and expectations. If he had a question or concern, he didn't hesitate to check in, and we were encouraged to do the same. Communication was excellent and we never felt we didn't know what was going on. John genuinely wants his customers to be 100% satisfied with the work and will do all he can to make that happen.
